It's 714 in the morning and so far, I had:
1 piece of wheat bread with tuna
1/2 cup of water
For lunch, I packed some bean sprouts with tuna and some grilled chicken hotdogs.
I also brought along 2 tuna sandwiches, for that quick snacks later.
Looking at what I ate yesterday, hopefully I will slowly incorporate eating healthy food and lessen the bad stuff. Over the weekend, I realized I have a very high blood pressure. This could be the reason why I have some feeling of light headedness over the past days. So, enough of the white stuff and in with the high-fiber food :)
