I was going over the net yesterday when I stumbled upon a lot of blogs documenting their progress on battling their weight problems. I have issues with my weight myself and I was inspired by these people. Hence, the creation of this blog. In this blog, I will document the things I eat for the day to keep me on track on whther I am eatig healthy food or not...hehehe :) Since I will be blogging most of the time from work, I will probably list the stuff I eat from the previous day, or if I can the things I ate that day. The goal is not really to be thin like Paris Hilton :), just be healthy and be more conscious to eating good food :) Wish me luck!
