I have not been active in postying my lists here. I also have not been eating healthy the past weeks. So, sad to say, I gained pounds or was back in the rut again. This feeling came back when I have been active for the past couple of weeks when I started this blog and have been weighing myself for days and noticed that I have not even lost 1 single pound! I was jogging, exercising, eating less rice and staying away from the bad food, yet not lost a single pound! So, I was discouraged, to be honest, and my old habits started to come back...:(
Anyway, I looked myself in the mirror this morning and realized what crappy and stupid things did I do for the past weeks! Now, I feel sluggish again and not as energized. Booo!
I guess with all the parties, get togethers, Christmas rush and preparign for the trip were also some of the reasons. Hopefully, I will be able to get back on the wagon again. I need to read all the blogs of people whom I follow to be inspired and motivated again...

Thur-Second Week
I weighed myself last night and the scale said 95 kilos! I was jumping like crazy and making these silly faces to my husband, when he said, "The weighing scale is broken, bey." What the??!! After all that burst of happiness...poof! So, he showed me. he even asked baby to step on the scales, and indeed the two of them also "lost" some weight, considering both of them have been gorging on junk foods and crazy stuff this week. AArgghh!! Anyway, that didn;t dampen my spirit and I just took another 10 minutes to do some exercise. I looked in the mirror and I knew I lost maybe a pound or two, coz I can see my face getting smaller...hehehe :)
Anyway, today, I have some chicken franks for lunch and some brown rice. Packed also a slice of wheat bread, in case I get some hunger pangs later in the afternoon.

Wednesday-2nd week
Woke up late again, as usual. Instead of taking the car or the taxi to work, decided to take the long route and walked and took the bus. I welcomed the walk...hehehehe :)
When I woke up this morning, I weighed myself and was surprised to see that the weighing scale says 95kilos???what the?! it could just be the water and all, though...hahahaha. I forgot to mention that yesterday I was 100 kilos. So, I was wondering did I lose all that overnight?hahahahaha...I don't think so. Anyway, I was thnking, it could be since I didnt have any dinner...maybe...maybe not. Well, will just weigh myself again tonight to be sure. But, I was farily proud of myself in just having oatmeal for dinner. Hmmm...that's a good idea, plus it could lower my blood rpessure and cholesterol. I have my walking shoes with me here in the office so I think I will be taking my usual Makati walk later...hehehehe.
For breakfast, I had 2 spoons of rice with tuna. I packed some chicken for lunch, some leftover, plus some red rice. Bought brown rice in the store yesterday, coz I wasnt sure about the red rice (which I previously bought), if it has less calories or not.
For lunch, had the chicken and some of the dinuguan sauce...arghh! Had some 1/2 bagel with cream cheese and some sweet potato fries for snacks. For dinner, had some pinakbet (veggies) with small rice. In the afternoon, did my "Makati" walk again. I went to the bank, like 2 blocks from where I work and enjoyed walking. It was a 2-in-1 thing. Was able to fix some stuff in the bank and was able to burn some calories. Cool!

Tuesday-2nd Week
It's 745 today and so far I had another set of that leftover pansit from dinner for breakfast. I forgot to bring my walking shoes, so I think I'd be doing my walking later wearing high heels...hahahaha :)
Plus, a co-worker is going to celebrate her birthday and we are going to have some free lunch. I brought red rice with me. Hopefully I wil be able to control myself and get small poritons only later during the "attack"...hahaha
So, there was free lunch, it was buffet time! :) Picked some good choices, though :) Had lots of the veggies (chopsuey), chose the chicken adobo instead of the pork adobo, had the beef kaldereta and some stewed chicken and rellenong bangus. Had a small slice of the bday cake and2 cups of coffee.
Since, I was fairly fully, I only had oatmeal for dinner...yey!

Monday-2nd Week
Here's a rundown of what I had yesterday (Monday):
2 cups of coffee
piyaya (1)
barquillos(2 pcs)
bangus (1)
choco flakes (2 clusters)
toasted bun (1)
lechon kawali (1 pc)
11/2 cups rice
1 fried chicken
pansit
1 bite of cake
I know I had another does of "bad" choices. But I was happy to note that I could have eaten more, especially with the ckaes, considering there was a big array of cakes in the pantry here in the office. But, I opted not to get a big slice. I just took a small bite and just settled with coffee. Yey! But that replaced the "feast" we had for dinner...hahahahaha!! I got an incentive here in the office and hubby thought we should do a little "celebrating". Bought clothes of baby girl and some fried chicken, pizza (for baby). Had the fried chicken and some leftover pansit for dinner. Geesh! Could have eaten more, but I stopped at some point. So, I think I did okay yesterday. Plus, I encountered a 10-minute walk/exercise. Walked around Makati...hahahaha :)
Also, I bought red rice over the weekend. Is red rice better than brown rice? Does it have the same effect? Will have to research on that.

Saturday-First Weekend
I don't have work today. It's a Saturday. Family time. Here are the things I ate today:
fish and rice
pochero (pork, pechay, string beans, tomato sauce, potatoes) and rice
sinigang na bangus (stewed fish) and rice
buko juice
DQ ice cream (the smallest size)
I know I kinda went overboard with my calories today. geesh! But, I could ahve gotten more, but I opted not to. So, I think it's a win :) Also, was able to squeeze in a little exerise tonight :)
