It's 723 in the morning and this is what I had so far:
paksiw (it's fish braised in vinegar, with a little sugar and tons of garlic and ginger)
4 spoons of rice
For lunch, I packed another fish of that paksiw and I also packed less rice today than I did yesterday. Also brought a container full of rolled oats, in case I feel like eating crazy stuff, I can always rely on that container in my locker.
I also told hubby yesterday that we should start eating healthy. He agreed to what I told him. Hopefully, he'll stick with it, though.
Will update this later on what I ate the rest of the day.
Update:
It's 1210 noon and I just finished my lunch.(chopsuey and fish with rice)
Another update:
There was a quick snack yesterday and I had 1/4 of a sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes and onions and 3 spoons of pasta marinara.
For dinner, I had 3 spoons of rice and squash with pork. While cooking food for my lunch tomorrow, I took a bite of the grilled chicken hotdog...hehehe :)
So, for today:
paksiw 1 1/2 fish
1 1/2 cups rice
nuts (1 small pack)
1 hopia
1 cup coffee
4 cups H2O
chopsuey (1 cup)
1/4 chicken hotdog (grilled)
pasta marinara
veggie sandwich
pork with squash
